  5. THIRD-PARTY BOOKING PLATFORM – ECOACHMANAGER

    1. We use eCoachManager Ltd, a UK-registered company that provides cloud booking, quotation and fleet-management software for transport operators. It maintains offices (and data-centre presence) in the United Kingdom, Australia and Thailand.
    2. eCoachManager acts as our data processor. It holds passenger names, contact details, itinerary notes and operational data solely so that MILNE can issue quotes, manage bookings, allocate vehicles/drivers and meet safety obligations.
    3. Security & compliance safeguards
      1. data in the eCoachManager cloud is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest;
      2. access is role-based and protected by multi-factor authentication;
      3. the platform does not store credit-card numbers or other financially sensitive data (these go through a separate PCI-DSS–compliant gateway);
      4. we have a written data-processing agreement requiring eCoachManager to:
        1. handle MILNE data only on our documented instructions;
        2. employ technical and organisational measures equivalent to those required under the Australian Privacy Principles and UK GDPR;
        3. notify us promptly of any data breach; and
        4. delete or return MILNE data at the end of our contract.
    4. Because eCoachManager’s infrastructure spans the UK and Thailand, your information may be transferred to, or accessed from, those jurisdictions. We rely on contract clauses, encryption and audited security controls to ensure the transfer is consistent with APP 8 (overseas disclosure).

  6. DELETION REQUESTS

    Where you ask us to delete personal information, we will comply unless we are legally required to retain it, including for the statutory period mentioned in 4(b). After that period elapses, we securely destroy or de-identify the data.

  7. SECURITY

    We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access. Our information technology systems are password protected, and we use a range of administrative and technical measures to protect these systems. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
